摘要
目的探讨成人白血病的危险因素。方法2004年5—12月采用成组设计病例-对照研究,对192例白血病病人和241例社区对照人群进行回顾性调查。调查受试者的一般情况、疾病史、室内外居住环境、有害物质接触史和家族遗传史等,应用非条件Logistic回归模型对资料进行分析。结果多因素Logistic回归分析显示,职业是机关干部(OR=7.06,P<0.01)、住所周围有工厂(OR=5.54,P<0.05)、居室装修后立即入住(OR=4.44,P<0.05)、卧室地面采用释放挥发性有机物(VOCs)的装修材料(OR=3.21,P<0.05)、染发频率大于3.5次/a(OR=1.09,P<0.05)的人群患白血病的危险性较大,均有统计学意义。结论职业、住所周围有工厂、居室装修材料及装修后入住时间短、染发频率大于3.5次/a可能是成人白血病的危险因素。
Objective To explore risk factors for adult leukemia. Methods 192 patients with leukemia and 241 community controls were chosen to carry out a case-control study for finding the indoor environmental factors and the other risk factors for leukemia. The data was statistically analyzed by unconditional logistic: regression. Results It was demonstrated as the risk factors for leukemia that the occupation (OR=7.06, P〈0.01), housing as soon as the house decoration finished (OR=4.44, P〈0.05), using the materials containing volatile organic compounds as the bedroom floor (OR=3.21, P〈0.05), there were factories near the house (OR=5.54, P〈0.05) and the frequency of hair dye using was more than 3.5 times a year (OR=1.09, P〈0.05). Conclusion The indoor environmental factors investigated in the present paper can be considered as the risk factors for leukemia.
