微波低温等离子体用于人发表面改性的研究

摘要 利用微波低温等离子体装置,对人发进行表面改性处理。通过改变等离子体处理工艺参数,探究其对人发表面接触角、碱溶解度、定向摩擦效应的影响规律,同时利用红外谱图分析试样的表面变化。试验结果表明,随着回潮率、放电功率、真空度的增加,接触角和碱溶解度逐渐增加;处理时间增加,碱溶解度逐渐减小,8 min后表面产生分子交联,10 min为较优化的处理工艺条件;经低温等离子体处理后人发表面被刻蚀,引入极性基团,浸润性能得到改善。 In this paper, surface modification of human hair was carried out by microwave low temperature plasma(MLTP) running in the air environment. The effects of plasma treatment parameters on water contact angte, alkali solubility and D.F.E were investigated. Surface changes of human hair were analyzed by infrared spectra. The research results showed that with the increase of moisture regain, electric discharge power, vacuum level, the water contact angle and alkali solubility gradually increased accordingly. With increasing of treatment time, the alkali solubility gradually decreased. After treatment time of 8rain, the surface produced molecular crosslinking and the optimum treatment time was found to be lOmin. After MLTP treatment, the surface of human hair was etched and introduced the polar groups, the wettability was also improved.
