摘要
文章对低温等离子体技术(LTP)在羊毛染整上的应用研究进行了综述分析。重点论述了LTP技术对羊毛纤维的染色性能和防毡缩性能的影响。LTP处理后羊毛染色的一些主要指标都有所改善和提高。等离子体处理羊毛可以降低毡缩率,再结合生物酶防毡缩处理,相比传统的防毡缩工艺,可降低化学品对环境污染,在一定程度上弥补酶对羊毛的强力损伤。等离子体技术在改进羊毛染整加工方面有重要的应用前景。
The low-temperature plasma became a new hot spot in dyeing and finishing in recent years. The use of low-temperature plasma (LTP) in dyeing and finishing of wool fabric was discussed and analyzed in this work. The paper focused on the effect of LTP treatment on dyeing and shrinkproof behaviour. LTP treatment is found to increase and improve some main standard. LTP treatment can decrease the shrink rate. Combinations of LTP and enzymatic treatment can decrease the pollution of environment and improve the tensile strength. It is observed that LTP treatments in dyeing and finishing of wool have important application foreground.
