摘要
目的 观察微波放疗联合治疗骨继发性恶性肿瘤的效果。方法 6 0例骨转移瘤患者随机分为两组 :微波放疗组 30例 ,单纯放疗组 30例。结果 微波放疗组的骨痛缓解、生活质量改善均优于单纯放疗组 ,两组差异有显著性 (U =1.96 8,2 .2 70 ,P <0 .0 5 ) ,两组的骨转移灶控制率分别为5 7%和 30 % ,两组差异有显著性 ( χ2 =4.34,P <0 .0 5 )。结论 微波放疗联合组对骨转移病灶的控制效果更佳 ,毒副作用小 ,患者均可耐受 。
Objective In order to observe the near effect of microwave and radiotherapy comprehen sive treatment for secondary osteocarcinoma.Methods 60 cases with secondary osteocarcinoma were randomly allocated to two groups;30 cases were treated with microwave plus radiotherapy comprehensive treatment.Another 30 cases were only received the radiotherapy as a control group.Results The near effect of comprehensive treatment group was superior to that of control group in osteodynia remission,survival quality improvement and control of osteocarcinoma metastasis.There was a significant difference in both groups (P<0.05) 。The inhibitive rate of tumor metastasis in comprehensive treatment group and control group was 57%and 30% respectively(P<0.05).Conclusion The study shows that the microwave combined with radiotherapy can more easily inhibite the metastasis of osteocarcinoma than the single radiotherapy.No obvious side effects were found in the comprehensive treatment.
