摘要
目的 :观察帕米膦酸钠 (博宁 )治疗骨转移癌引起疼痛的效果。方法 :对 3 0例确诊骨转移癌病人静脉滴注博宁 90mg ,4周重复 ,共 6次。结果 :止痛显效 1 0例 ,有效 1 4例 ,无效 6例 ,有效率 80 % ( 2 4/3 0 )。获效时间 1～ 2 6d ,73 3 %患者在两周内获效。出现副作用有 3例 ,注药后次日发热 3 8～ 3 8 7℃。结论
Objective:To evaluate the efficacy of Bonin to relive pain due to metastatic bone tumor.Methods:Bonin 90mg in 500ml 5% glucose or normal saline was given by in infusion The treatment was repeated at 4 week intervals.Resuts:comeplete relief of pain was observed in 10 patients,partial relief in 14 patients The treatment was of no effect in 6 patients The therapeutic effect was achieved in 73.3% of the patients with in 2 weeks Conclusion:Bonin is a good pain reliever in patients with metastatic cancer of the bone.
