摘要
目的:以本科社会医学课堂实践为基础,了解学生对于视频案例教学模式的满意度状况及其影响因素。方法:对443名调查对象进行问卷调查,调查方法主要是自填问卷式,作答结束由调查员进行核对,共回收问卷443份。对于定量资料采用SPSS17.0统计软件包进行统计分析,进行卡方检验,单因素方差分析和Logistic回归分析。结果:统计分析得出对社会医学视频案例教学的评价满意的为33.4%,基本满意的为65%,这说明总体满意度较高;单因素方差分析得出专业、对于教学方式适应程度、对学习的帮助、与没有视频案例教学相比、就其利弊的评价、内容的针对性等8个因素对总体满意度有统计学意义;Logistic回归分析,筛选出与没有视频案例教学相比、使用频率共2个有统计学意义(P<0.05)的变量。结论:学生对于视频案例教学模式的满意度较高,其中的影响因素有教学方式适应程度、对学习的帮助、与没有视频案例教学相比、就其利弊的评价、内容的针对性等8个因素,其中与没有视频案例教学相比、使用频率2个因素对满意度影响较大。
Purpose： The study research the undergraduates＇ status of satisfaction and influencing factors for the video case teaching mode. Methods： In this research, there are 443 students were randomly selected by random sampling method and were intercepted type survey by self-made questionnaire. Results： The satisfaction is high in general, the satisfaction of video case teaching mode is 65%. In the single factor analysis, we found specialty, the help to learning, using frequency and other 8 factors had statistical significance. In Logistic regression analysis, we selected 2 factors had statistically significant（p 〈 0.05）variables. Conclusion： The satisfaction is high in general. To strengthen the attention of teaching methods on social medicine, can help to improve the quality of teaching.
