在数字化、网络化和信息技术变革的推动下,图书馆面临着生存压力,馆长是图书馆未来发展的关键。馆长通过自我学习、自我反思、工作改进的提升路径,从而修炼品性,激活智慧,提高领导力,增强管理功效,以彰显自己与图书馆的价值。
Driven by the digitalization, cyberization and the reform of information technology, libraries are facing the competi- tion of survival. The chief librarian is very important to the future development of a library. The chief librarian needs to improve his personality, management ability and professional knowledge through self-education, self-reflection and improvement work to improve the library management and embody his function in the management of modern libraries.
