通脉降浊方治疗不稳定性心绞痛临床疗效观察 被引量:9

Clinical Observation on Curative Effect of Tongmai Jiangzhuo Decoction in Treating Unstable Angina Pectoris

摘要 目的 :观察通脉降浊方治疗不稳定性心绞痛的临床疗效。方法 :将80例冠心病不稳定性心绞痛患者随机分为治疗组和对照组。其中治疗组45例,对照组35例,对照组给予阿司匹林、单硝酸异山梨酯、阿托伐他汀抗血小板聚集、扩冠、调脂、稳定斑块治疗,治疗组在此基础上加用通脉降浊方,治疗4周。结果 :治疗组中医症状总有效率为86.7%,对照组中医症状总有效率为77.1%,2组比较,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。治疗组心电图疗效总有效率为87.6%,对照组心电图疗效总有效率为62.9%,2组比较,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。2组低密度脂蛋白胆固醇(LDL-C)、甘油三酯(TG)、C-反应蛋白(CRP)均较治疗前降低,各项指标比较,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.01),治疗组治疗后TG、CRP较对照组低,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论 :通脉降浊方联合西药治疗不稳定性心绞痛疗效显著,疗效优于单纯使用西药组,并且能够降低TG、CRP。 Objective:The purpose of this study was to observe the Tongmai Jiangzhuo Decoction in treating unstable angina pectoris. Method : 80 cases of unstable angina peetoris of coronary heart disease patients were randomly divided into treatment group and control group. The treatment group consisted of 45 patients, and 35 cases of control group. To the patients in the control group using aspirin, isosorbide mononitrate, atorvastatin, in order to achieve the antiplatelet aggregation, crown expansion, lipid, plaque stabilization purposes. The treatment group patients were treated with additional prescription of Tongmai Jiangzhuo. The course of treatment was 4 weeks. Result : The clinical symptoms were significantly relieved in the treatment group compared with the control group (P〈0.05),and the effective rate was, respectively, 86.7% and 77.1% in two groups. After the treatment the differences in the levels of triglyeeride, CRP were all statistically significant between two groups (P〈0.05). Conclusion : Tongmai Jiangzhuo Decoction combined with Western medicine in treatment of unstable angina pectoris has remarkable curative effect, and the curative effect is better than simply using Western medicine group, and can reduce the TG and CRP.
