摘要
文化智力描述人们在与不同文化背景的人沟通时的跨文化适应的能力.对个体文化智力和组织文化智力的相关研究进行梳理,分别介绍了两者的概念和理论结构,以及目前的实证研究框架.除此以外,还进一步探讨了个体文化智力与组织文化智力的关系,两者对组织全球化有效性的影响,并且提出团队认同可能在个体与组织文化智力间存在调节作用.
Cultural intelligence describes cross-cultural adaptation capability of people to communicate with others from different cultural backgrounds. This paper briefly presents the research on individual and organizational cultural intelligence (CQ), introduces the concept, theoretical construction and empirical research framework of both CQs. In addition, this paper further discusses the relationship between individual and organizational CQ, their impact on Cross-culture team performance, and the moderating effect of team identification.
