摘要
目的寻找耐药与敏感骨肉瘤组织样本,为进一步寻找差异蛋白做准备。方法取30例患骨肉瘤患者的标本,分离培养骨肉瘤组织细胞,采用试剂盒法体外进行细胞的6种药物敏感性试验。结果①顺铂组中度以上敏感20例(66.7%),耐药8例(26.7%);②阿霉素组中度以上敏感19例(63.3%),耐药7例(23.3%);③紫彬醇组中度以上敏感16例(53.3%),耐药8例(26.7%);④博来霉素中度以上敏感15例(50%),耐药6例(20%);⑤长春新碱中度以上敏感10例(26.7%),耐药14例(46.7%);⑥甲氨喋呤中度以上敏感5例(16.7%),耐药20例(66.7%)。结论骨肉瘤对各种化疗药物的敏感性存在差异,顺铂是进行进一步寻找差异蛋白研究的合适药物。
Objective to find resistant and sensitive osteosarcoma tumor tissue samples,so that to prepare for fur ther looking for differences in protein. Methods Obtain the tissue of patients with osteosarcoma,osteosareoma cells i solated and cultured in vitro drug sensitivity test ceils, so as to identify drug resistant and sensitive osteosarcoma tissue samples. Results Detection curve of osteosarcoma cells to various chemotherapy drugs and Found resislant and sensi tive osteosarcoma tissue samples. Conclusion Osteosarcoma has different sensitivity to various chemotherapeutic drugs,Cisplatin is further appropriate drugs to look for differences in protein research.
