摘要
目的:观察白芍总苷联合咪唑斯汀治疗过敏性紫癜的疗效。方法:对照组45例,给予咪唑斯汀10mg,1次/d治疗。治疗组60例,给予白芍总苷1.8g/d,分3次,联合咪唑斯汀10mg,1次/d治疗。疗程均为4周。结果:治疗组临床有效率、皮疹消失时间与对照组相比差异有统计学意义(P<0.01)。结论:白芍总苷联合咪唑斯汀治疗过敏性紫癜疗程短,疗效较好。
Objective： To investigate the effects of TGP and mizolastine in the treatment of simple AP.Methods： 100 cases of patients with simple AP were randomly divided into the treatment group 60 cases and the control group 45 cases, the treatment group was treated with GTP 1.8 g, 3 times a day combined with mizolastine 10 mg, once a day, the control group was treated only with mizolastine.Every 4 weeks consisted of a treatment period and examination was made in pretreats in the fourth weekend respectively.Results： After four weeks, the cure rate and time of rash disappeared of treatment group showed a significant difference compared with that of control group.Conclusion： The GTP combined with mizolastine treatment is a effective treatment for simple AP.
