摘要
白芍总甙(TGP)对羊红细胞免疫的小鼠脾淋巴细胞体外诱生溶血素(IgM)抗体和刀豆素A诱导小鼠脾淋巴细胞体外增殖反应均呈现低浓度(<0.4μg/ml)促进和高浓度(>0.4μg/ml)抑制的双向调节作用。TGP(5mg/kg,ip)可明显促进辐照加输注受训胸腺细胞体内诱导抗原特异性Th细胞。以上结果提示,TGP对免疫系统的影响有明显的浓度与机能依赖性特征。
The hemolysin (IgM) production by mouse splenic lymphocytes immunized with sheep red blood cell in vitro was enhanced by lower concentrations (0.1-0.4μg/ml) of total glucosidcs of pacony (TGP), but diminished by higher concentrations (0.4-3.2μg/ml) of the drug. The dual effects of TGP on ConA induoed proliferation of mouse splenocytcs was also observed by in vitro treatment with TGP over a range of 0.05-1.6μg/ml. These results suggested that effects of TGP on immune system was definitely depend on the concentrations of TGP administered.The specific helper T (Th) cclls were induced by irradiation with ^(60)Co at 800R plus primed thymocytes and were measured by the adoptiver transfer system. It was found that the higher generation of Th cells incroosed further by TGP (5mg/kg, ip).
