摘要
针对吸水树脂稳定性差、强度低的特点,以丙烯酸(AA)、丙烯酰胺(AM)为实验原料,选用水溶液聚合法制备了吸水树脂,通过单因素实验得到制备堵漏剂PQ的最佳反应条件为:反应温度为50℃,单体浓度为30%,丙烯酸中和度为80%,AM与AA质量配比为6∶4,引发剂Na2SO3和(NH4)2S2O8加量为2%,交联剂NMBA加量为0.2%。为提高堵剂的强度,此实验在合成反应初期添加超细CaCO3,并考察了超细CaCO3对树脂吸水性能的影响,实验结果表明,堵漏剂PQ具有较好的稳定性和较高强度,适合于钻井过程中堵漏作业。
Conventional absorbent resin is characterized by poor stability and low intensity, taking acrylic acid (AA) and acrylamide (AM) as the experimental raw materials, using solution polymerization prepared a new absorbent resin sealing agent PQ. The optimum reaction conditions to preparation absorbent resin sealing agent PQ ware determined by single factor experiment: reaction temperature of 50℃, the monomer concentration of 30%, Acrylic acid neutralization degree was 80% , the AM and AA mass ratio was 6:4, the amount of initiating agents Na2SO3 and(NH4)2S2O8 was 2%, the dosage of cross-linking agent NMBA was 0.2%. In order to improve the strength of PQ, ultrafine CaCO3 was added in the early synthesis reaction, and influence of ultrafine CaCO3 on the resin water absorbing capacity was analyzed. The experimental results showed that the sealing agent PQ hads good salt resistance, temperature resistance, good stability and high strength, which was suitable for plugging operations in the drilling.
