摘要
超强吸水树脂是一种较为理想的堵漏材料,它能很好地解决钻井过程中的恶性漏失,对碳酸盐岩、裂缝发育地层,可有效防止钻井液固相和液相侵入裂缝、溶洞系统。主要研究了吸水树脂的堵漏效果,测试了不同条件下超强吸水树脂的承压能力,包括不同渗透率、不同温度下吸水树脂的承压变化。试验结果表明,在吸水树脂堵漏过程中,漏失量并非一直降低,而是一个先增加后降低最后再增加的过程,从而很好地说明了吸水树脂通过架桥、不断被压实、继续吸水膨胀,最终达到封堵的目的,这也正是吸水树脂用于堵漏的作用机理。
Super-absorbent resin is an ideal lost circulation materials, which can solve the problem of vicious lost circulation during drilling and prevent the solids and liquids phase of drilling fluids from invading into fractures and cavities for carbonate and developed fractured reservoirs. Sealing results of the super-absorbent resin were investigated. The loading capacity of super-absorbent resin was examined under different conditions, including different permeability, temperature. The experiments results indicate that, during the procedure of decreasing lost circulation using super-absorbent resin, the lost circulation is not always decreasing, while it is a procedure with increasing, decreasing and increasing three parts. This describes exactly the plugging mechanism of the absorbent resin, which prevent circulation loss by bridging, compressing and swelling by adsorbing water.
