摘要
采用水溶液共聚法合成易降解的高吸水性复合树脂.通过IR、DSC、TG和生物光学显微镜等对高吸水性复合树脂进行了初步表征,根据测试分析的结果初步探讨了高吸水性复合树脂的合成机理:复合树脂由丙烯酰胺和丙烯酸在引发剂过硫酸铵、交联剂多羟基聚合铝阳离子的共同作用下共聚合成,膨润土微粒粘附在高分子网络结构的极性官能团上.
Degradable super absorbent composite resin was prepared by water solution co-polymerization. This kind of super absorbent composite resin was studied through IR , DSC, TG and biologic optics microscope . The synthetic mechanism of this composite resin was analyzed on the testing. Results show that this super absorbent composite resin can be synthesized by acrylamide and acrylic acid under the initiator of ammonium persulfata and crosslink reagent of polyhydroxyl-Al cations, the small particle bentonite is absorbed on the functional group with strong polarity.
