摘要
为避免传统三机配套中,各单机选自不同厂家,导致设备的配套性和效能不佳的缺点,提出选用"一家一地"综采成套设备。"一家一地"综采成套设备可实现设计、制造标准的统一,设备出厂前在矿井上制造厂区内可进行成套设备的三机联调,售后一家全权负责,设备采用"一家一地"设计、配套、生产、服务,使综采成套设备的效能最大程度地发挥,提高设备的可靠性,排除在使用中的风险,实现高产高效采煤。
In order to avoid that the cutting machines produced different manufacturer are the poor matching and performance in the traditional method, the paper proposes that fully mechanized mining equipment are produced in the same corporation and workshop. Fully mechanized mining equipment in the same corporation and workshop can be designed and made in unitive standard, while the machines can be combined test in workshop. And only one company is responsible to after service. The fully mechanized mining equipment are designed, matched, produced and serviced in the same corporation and workshop, which can exert best efficiency, improve equipment reliability, eliminate the risk in use and realize high yield and high efficiency mining.
