用高科技提高综采成套设备的可靠性——论综采设备的发展方向 被引量:1

Increase Stability of Long Wall Equipment with High Science and Technology

摘要 本文阐明综采设备发展的一个突出特点是将信息工程和计算机技术应用到采煤设备上,赋予一定程度的智能和自诊断、自调节能力. Directions of developing long wall equipment are (1) multiform and heavy duty products; (2) products adopted information technology and computer technology, which have characteristics of intellegence and self diagnose and self regulation. Some advanced long wall equipment adopted high-tech are made in foreign countries in 1980s. The paper discusses monitoring and control of shearer, conveyor and hydraulic support by computer, which include (1) the smooth load and constant power capacity control of shearer, coal-sensing probing, control of vertical height of drum, monitoring of shearer operating condiition, monitoring of shearer faults, prediction of failute; (2) monitoring and control of the linearity and overload of conveyor; (3) flexible control of hydraulic support.
