摘要
综采机械化工作面三机设备配套要合理,各设备的结构尺寸应达到最优化的配合状态。应用Pro/E三维建模软件,建立综采工作面三机配套的三维模型图,并对设备进行干涉检验,对综采工作面的设备从尺寸配套的角度进行分析和评价,指导综采工作面三机的选型,完善三机设计。
In the mechanized mining face, three machines assortment must be scientific and reasonable, the structure and size of all equipments must reach the most optimistic composition condition. To use three-dimensional modeling software Pro/E, this paper establish the central matching 3-D model of coal mining equipment in teams of software, the device can be checked on interference. It will be able to analysis and evaluate the equipment of coal mining from the perspective of matching the size, to guide the selection of coal mining equipment and consummate three machines design.
