摘要
以郑煤机集团液压中心研制的一种新型FAD160/40安全阀为研究对象,根据该安全阀的结构特点,对其在液压支架上的实际应用系统进行液压动力学分析,建立了系统的数学模型,从而为下一步对该阀的动态特性指标进行测试,分析安全阀关键结构参数的变化对系统性能产生的影响提供了详实的理论依据。同时对开发研制更大流量的安全阀提供了宝贵的经验和研究方案,对于煤矿开采设备的技术更新具有重要的现实和指导意义。
According to the structure of a new FAD160/40 relief valve which is developed by ZMG, in the paper the author has carried out a Hydraulic Dynamics analysis on its real application system, then constructed its mathematical model so as to test its dynamic characteristic index as the next step. The analysis has provided a detailed theory for the influence caused by the change of its key structure parameters to the system performance, and provided experience and approach for other researchers while developing a bigger flux relief valve, and has a great realistic and guiding significance to innovating the technology of coal mining equipment.
