一种作物茎秆直径微变测量装置的设计 被引量:1

摘要 通过无损、连续观测作物茎秆直径微变化,可以有效评估作物体内水分状况,进而指导科学灌溉。针对当前商用茎秆直径传感器价格昂贵的现状,提出了一种基于线性可变差动变压器原理的作物茎秆直径微变测量装置。该装置由机械支架、传感器探头和信号处理电路等部分组成。机械支架起支撑传感器探头和固定传感器的作用;传感器探头为线性可变差动变压器,可将茎秆直径的变化转换为电信号;信号处理电路主要由信号激发和调理电路组成,实现标准信号输出。作物茎秆直径微变测量装置与两种商用高精度激光测茎仪的相关系数分别达到0.978和0.929,测量精度为±10μm。现场试验结果表明,该作物茎秆直径微变测量装置具有测量精度高、反应灵敏、适应性和稳定性好等优点。采用该作物茎秆直径微变测量装置,不仅可以大大提高作物水分检测系统的精度和自动化程度,而且还可以有效降低使用成本,应用前景广阔。 Through the non - destructive and continuous observation of micro - variation of the crop stem diameter, the moisture content inside crop can be evaluate effectively, and then the scientific irrigation can be guided. Considering the current situation of expensive commercial available stem diameter sensors, based on the principle of linear variable differential transformer, a device for measuring micro - variation of crop stem diameter is proposed. The device consists of mechanical support, sensor probe and signal processing circuit,etc. Themechanical structure serves as a supporter for the sensor probeand fixed the sensor. The sensor probe is a linear variable differential transformer, which can convert the variation of stem diameter into an electrical signal. The signal processing circuit consists of the signal excitation circuit and signal processing circuit, implements standard signal output. The correlation coefficient between the measuring device for micro - variation of crop stem diameter and the two kinds of commercial high precision laser stem measuring instruments are 0. 978 and 0. 929 respectively, and the measurement accuracy is ±10 jjum. The result of field tests further show that the device has advantages of high precision, sensitivity, adaptability and stability. Using the measuring device for micro - variation of crop stem diameter can not only greatly improve the accuracy and automation level of crop moisture detection system,but also can effectively reduce the costs. The application prospect is broad.
