摘要
档案集成管理是将先进的集成管理思想与理论引入到档案学研究领域中,通过对档案管理各要素的集成控制,发挥其竞争互补的作用,完善档案信息管理系统的建设;通过探讨传统档案管理与现代网络技术的结合与集成,实现档案资源数字化与档案工作信息化的社会要求,让社会更好地认识档案,让档案更好地走向社会,服务于社会。
The integrated management of archives consists in introducing advanced ideas and theories of integrated management into the archival science to improve the archival information management system by in-tegrating the various factors in archives management and giving full play to their competition and mutual com-plementation. By exploring the combination and integration of traditional archives management and modem IT technology, we can fulfill the requirements of digitization of archives resources and informationization of the work, thereby making it better understood by, and better serve, the society.
