摘要
本文在对杭州市建设电子文件归档与移交情况的全面调查基础上,总结了当前建设电子文件归档与移交的现状,分析了制约此项工作开展的难点问题,并提出了实现电子文件归档与移交的有效策略。
Based on the comprehensive survey of electronic construction records filing and transfer to archives in Hangzhou, the article describes the current status of electronic construction records management, analyses the critical barriers, and puts forward effective strategies.
