摘要
目的调查分析影响住院偏瘫患者康复的相关因素。方法采用自编的住院偏瘫患者康复影响因素问卷调查表发放调查并给予护理干预。结果住院偏瘫患者对高血压病防治知识的了解情况、家庭关系及经济状况、生活习惯以及文化程度、患者自身训练的积极性及陪护对患者训练的配合程度等因素在偏瘫患者康复护理工作中占有重要地位。经过康复护理组针对患者实施心理护理、康复训练、生活自理能力训练、出院指导等规范康复护理后,取得理想的康复效果。结论关注和重视影响住院偏瘫患者康复的因素,采取有针对性的护理措施,对患者康复有重要意义。
Objective To investigate and analyze the relevant factors that influence the rehabilitation of hospitalized sufferers with hemiplegia.Metheds A self-developed questionnaire was adopted to investigate the relevant factors that influence the rehabilitation of hospitalized sufferers with hemiplegia and nursing intervention was offered to them.Results These factors play important roles in the rehabilitation nursing of hospitalized sufferers with hemiplegia ： their understanding of prevention and control knowledge about hyperten-sion, family members＇ relationship and economic status, lifestyle and degree of education, initiatives of the sufferers＇ rehabilitation train-ing, cooperation with rehabilitation training from accompanying members of the sufferers.Ideal rehabilitation effects were achieved after standard rehabilitation nursing such as psychological nursing,rehabilitation training, self-care ability training,special guidance out of sanatorium by the rehabilitation nurses.Gonelusion It＇s important to emphasize and focus on the relevant factors that influence the reha-bilitation of hospitalized sufferers with hemiplegia so as to take the targeted nursing measures for good rehabilitation.
