摘要
为了解口腔科老年就诊病人系统性疾病的发生情况 ,以采取相应的护理对策 ,应用问卷调查法对在口腔科就诊的年龄≥ 6 0岁的 5 0 1例病人所患系统性疾病进行调查。结果 5 0 1例就诊病人中 47.5 0 %伴发有系统性疾病 ,且并存两种及以上疾病者占 11.5 8%。提示老年病人在进行其他疾病诊治时 ,应加强系统性疾病的观察 ,采取相应的护理对策 ,防止发生意外及加重其系统性疾病 ;并做好健康教育 。
In order to understand the occurrence of systemic diseases of the aged patients in stomatology department to make corresponding nursing measures, questionnaire investigation was performed to study the occurrence of systemic diseases of the 501 aged out patients (≥60 years old) in stomatology department. It was found that among the aged out patients in stomatology department, 47.50 % was accompanied by systemic diseases and 11.58 % by over two diseases. It was suggested that the observation of the systemic diseases in the aged patients should be strengthened and corresponding nursing measures made to prevent the occurrence of suddenness and aggravation of systemic dieases.
