自调匀整是一种用来控制纱条粗细不匀的自动调节装置,能有效控制棉条的重量偏差和改善棉条的均匀度。首先详细阐述了自调匀整的基本原理,紧接着介绍了自调匀整的控制方案、系统组成及其软件实现,最后结合实验数据分析了自调匀整系统的性能。
The autoleveller system is a machine that used to control the evenness of the yarn, it can control the weight deviation and improve the evenness of the sliver effectively. The paper firstly elaborates the principle of the autoleveller. Secondly,it introduces the control scheme, system composition and software implementation of the autoleveller. At last, it analysis the system performance through the experimental data.
