摘要
精梳工序中牵伸工艺参数的选取对成纱质量影响较大,为了提高并准确预测成纱质量,运用二次通用旋转组合设计方法建立成纱质量指标与牵伸工艺之间的回归模型,以目标规划法构造目标函数,利用最优化法求得相对合理的最优工艺,并试验验证。结果表明:成纱条干CV值、棉结、粗细节、毛羽和断裂强度等质量指标与理论预测结果十分接近。利用优化后的数学模型能较好地调整精梳牵伸工艺并预测成纱质量。
The selection of drafting parameters in combing process has great influence on yarn quality. In order to improve and accurately predict yarn quality,the regression model between yarn quality index and the drafting process was established by using the method of quadratic general rotary unitized design, the objective function was structured by using the objective programming method, and the relative reasonable optimal process was obtained by using optimization method and verified by experiment. The results show that the quality indexes such as CV value of yarn evenness, neps, coarse details, hairiness and breaking strength are very close to the theoretical prediction results. It is considered that the optimized mathematical model can better adjust the combing drafting process and predict the yarn quality.
