摘要
在分析并条机自调匀整工艺要求的基础上,指出了并条机传统的质量控制方法的缺陷.通过比较开环、闭环和混合环3种控制模式的优缺点,提出一种混合环模糊控制的自调匀整控制系统.试验表明,该控制系统能够减少并条的短、中、长片段条子不匀,明显改善重量偏差.
Based on the requirements of auto-leveling technique, the defects of controlling methods for quality of drawing frame are refered in this paper. In it, the advantages and disadvantages of an open-loop, close-loop or open-close loop auto-leveling of three models are compared. One control system for auto-leveling based on theory of fuzzy control is put forward. The test shows that the control system can reduce long-term, common-term and short-term uneven of drawing frame, improve obviously weight deviation.
