摘要
研究了以铝厂赤泥为原料制备无机复合混凝剂的工艺。对制备过程中酸溶赤泥所用的盐酸浓度、酸溶时间和聚合 p H等进行了优化。直接耐酸大红溶液和分散黄溶液的脱色试验结果表明 ,此种混凝剂的脱色效果优于聚合氯化铝和聚合硫酸铁。
The process for preparation of a novel inorganic composite coagulant from red mud of aluminum plant was studied.The process parameters such as concentration of hydrochloric acid,time for acid dissolution and pH for polymerization were optimized.The results of decolorizing tests for Benzo Scarlet 4BS and Foron Yellow E RGFL containing solutions show that the new coagulant has better decolorizing performance in comparison with polyaluminun chloride and polyferric sulfate.
