摘要
此项研究对染色废水混凝脱色的最佳条件进行了试验研究。在此基础上剖析了染色废水所含染料的分子结构、分子量大小、物理化学特性与脱色效果之间的关系。应用电子显微镜观察废水中染料胶粒絮凝前后的形态,进而系统地论述了采用聚合氯化铝对染色废水混凝脱色的机理。
Experimental study had been executed to learn the optimal condition of decolorization of dyeing waste by coagulation with polyaluminum chloride. On this basis relationship between molecular structure, molecular weight and physicochemical characters of the waste dye and the efficiencies of color removal were analysized. Electron microscopy has been applied to observe the morphological change of the dye particles during coagulation. Further more, decolorization mechanism of polyaluminum chloride in dyeing waste coagulation process is systematically stated.
