无机高分子絮凝剂聚硅铝铁硼的制备及其絮凝性能研究 被引量:9

摘要 以工业水玻璃、氯化铝、氯化铁、硼酸为原料 ,制备了一种性能优良的无机高分子絮凝剂聚硅铝铁硼 (PSBFA)。通过考察不同 p H值条件下水玻璃的胶凝时间、Si/ Al物质的量比、硼的浓度、熟化时间等因素对聚硅铝铁硼产品应用性能的影响 ,确定了聚硅铝铁硼的最佳制备条件为 p H值为 2~ 4,Si/ Al物质的量比在 1 .0左右 ,硼的浓度为 0 .0 2 mol/ L,熟化时间为 5d左右。絮凝应用实验表明 ,聚硅铝铁硼对于印染废水脱色效果、生活污水的 COD去除率具有优异的絮凝性能 ;与传统混凝剂硫酸铝和市售混凝剂聚合氯化铝 (PAC)相比 ,PSBFA的具有投加量少、沉降速度快、絮体体积小等优点。 This article presents a new polysilicate boron ferric aluminum (PSBFA) prepared by the authors with sodium silicate, aluminum chlorine, ferric chlorine, boricic acid and hydrochloric acid as chief raw materials. As is known, it has been a research focus to treatment urban sewage for the time being and boron has long been taken as an ideal coagulant. However, Polysilicate Metals (PSMS), though being a better coagulant, does not perform well when treating decoloring of printing & dyeing sewage. Furthermore, the ferric can fortify the stability of PSMS. To solve the problem, we have experimented ferric chlorine to postpone the gelation time. We have also experimented with sodium silicate, aluminum chlorine, ferric chlorine, boricic acid and hydrochloric acid to make a new polysilicate boron ferric aluminum (PSBFA). And finally we have succeeded in both the above cases. Taking into full account various factors influencing the performance of the prepared PSBFA, such as flocculating time under different pH value, the Mole ratio of Si/Al, the concentration of boricic acid, the slaking time of PSBFA, we have decided to choose the optimum synthesis condition, that is, with pH value of the acid activation being 2 4, the molar ratio of Si to Al around 1.0, the content of boricic acid of 0.02 mole per liter and the slaking time five days. Our experiment with flocculation shows that PSBFA has the advantages of discoloring the printing & dyeing waste water at a rate as high as 98 percent and degrading COD Cr of urban sewage up to 85 percent. That is to say, PSBFA is an excellent flocculant suitable for treating urban sewage to wipe off COD Cr in it. Compared with traditional coagulants Al 2(SO 4) 3 and poly aluminum chloride(PAC), PSBFA proves to be much more effective as an inorganic polymer flocculant by saving the dosage and fast depositing with thick flocculate and little bulk. Thus, our method suggests promising potentiality to provide large amounts of cheap PSBFA for the market need both at home and abroad.
