毛樱桃核壳及核仁挥发油成分分析 被引量:4

摘要 采用水蒸汽蒸馏法提取毛樱桃核壳及核仁中的挥发油,利用气相色谱/质谱(GC-MS)鉴定其化学成分.结果表明:毛樱桃核壳中有48个色谱峰,24种成分,占总挥发油质量分数的97.45%;核仁中有20个色谱峰,12种成分,占总挥发油质量分数的99.40%;其中质量分数最高的均为苯甲醛;二者所含成分的种类和相对质量分数相差较大. The volatile oils were extracted from Prunus tomentosa Thunb's shell and kernel by steam distillation method, and their chemical compositions were then analyzed and identified by GC/MS. The results show that 48 compounds were detected and 24 compounds of them were identified in shell, coming to 97.45 % in gross while 20 compounds of them were detected in the kernel volatile oil and 12 of them were identified, coming to 99.4% in gross. The major ingredient in the two kinds of volatile oils is benzaldehyde. While the kinds of compounds and their relative content differ greatly.
