摘要
:建立城镇土地分等评价指导体系及评价方法是一项很重要的工作 ,对改革土地使用制度有重要实际意义 ,本文对城镇土地分等研究中的定量办法进行了进一步的深入探讨 ,通过统计分析说明分等指标体系中因素的选择是一个极重要的因素。选择尽可能多的因素故然好 ,但却使统计工作量增加 ,并可能掩盖重要因素的作用 ,因子分析方法使我们能从众多因素中提取尽可能少 ,又具有代表性的因素。不仅可以减少工作量 ,而且便于抓住主要矛盾对分等方法本文也进行了较系统的分析 。
It is of great importance to the improvement of land use system to establish the urban land gradation guidance system and evaluating method.After probing further into statistical method on the urban land gradation study,this paper indicates that selection of of factors in the gredation system is very important.Though it is necessary to select as many factors as possible,the statistical work load rises greatly,and may concealle the role of important factor.The factor analysis method helps to select less representative factors as possible,so as to reduce the work load and seize the main contradiction.Also the paper puts forward suggestions based on the systematic study of the gradation method.
