中心组合设计响应面法优化烟叶碎片萃取工艺 被引量:1

Extraction optimization of tobacco stems by central composite design and response surface methodology

摘要 为了提高造纸法再造烟叶原料中烟叶碎片的萃取率,以水为溶剂,以萃取时间、萃取温度、液料比进行3因素5水平中心组合设计,采用响应面法优化烟叶碎片萃取参数,建立数学模型,并进行实验验证。结果表明,最优工艺条件为:萃取温度69℃,萃取时间39 min,液料比10.6∶1(mL∶g);得到了数学预测模型,对最佳工艺条件萃取率的预测值为40.46%,与实测值(40.22%)的相对误差仅为0.59%。 Water as solvent the extraction temperature, mized in order to increase the extraction ratio of tobacco extraction time and liquid-solid ratio were opti- scrap as raw material of paper-making reconstitu- ted tobacco, and the component experiment design with 3 factors and 5 levels were applied. The response surface methodology was applied to optimize the extraction parameters of tobacco scrap, and mathematical model was established and validated. The results showed that :the optimum conditions were:the extraction temperature 69 ℃, extraction time 39 min,liquid material ratio 10.6:1 ;when validation experiments were carried out at these optimum conditions,for 3 times,the average extraction of tobacco stems is 40.22%, the predicted values of the mathematical model is 40.46%, the relative error between test values and pre- dicted values was 0.59% ,which was well matched with the predicted content.
