摘要
萃取是生产造纸法薄片的重要环节之一。为使萃取工艺与萃取设备设计更为合理 ,并且在达到一定萃取率的情况下尽可能地减少能耗、水耗 ,对萃取时间、萃取温度、萃取物料与水的比率、萃取次数、脱水等影响萃取效果的因素进行了实验室模拟试验 ,分别提出了单罐间隙式萃取和 3步逆向萃取烟梗 (末 )的适宜条件 ,得出了萃取次数、甩干脱水与萃取率的关系 。
To rationalize the technology and the design of devices for extraction and minimize the consumption of energy and water at desired extraction yield level, laboratory experiments on ratio of raw material to water, extraction temperature, extraction duration, extraction times, and dehydration were conducted. The proper conditions for single\|vessel intermittent and three\|stage counter\|current extraction systems were proposed. The relationships between extraction yield and extraction times and centrifugal dehydration were obtained. These provide good references for determining the number and designing the internal structure of extraction vessels in commercial\|scale production.
