摘要
探讨指标难度赋权法、TOPSIS(Technique for Order Preference by Similarity to Ideal Solution)法和RSR(Rank-Sum Ratio)法在学术期刊影响力综合评价中的应用范围和实际意义,为学术期刊影响力综合评价提供更加科学、可行的新方法。将这三种方法相结合,以我国16种中文体育类核心期刊为例,通过对反映期刊论文影响力的影响因子、期刊他引率、平均引文率等8项指标的综合评价,进行合理分档。结果表明,指标难度赋权法、TOPSIS法结合RSR法提高了综合评价能力,能够较为合理地评价学术期刊影响力,且操作简便、结果可靠,适合在学术期刊影响力综合评价中推广应用。
l By discussing the application scope and practical significance of index difficulty weighting, TOPSIS and RSR in the influence comprehensive evaluation of journals, this paper provides a new feasible scientific method for the journal evaluation. This paper uses these three methods to evaluate 16 selected kinds of Chinese sports core journals. This paper makes a reasonable classification based on 8 indexes of the impact factor, the cited rate, the average citation rate, etc. The results show that index difficulty weighting, TOPSIS and RSR improve the comprehensive evaluation ability, reasonably evaluate the influence of academic journals with simple operation and reliable results, and can to be applied to the comprehensive evaluation of academic journals.
