摘要
目的科学地认识某战役区卫生防疫保障能力。方法采用加权TOPSIS法和RSR法相结合的方式进行比较研究。结果效果较为满意,找出了各类卫生防疫机构之间的差距。结论该方法对原始数据的信息利用最为充分,研究结果对实际工作具有指导价值。
Objective To know scientifically the support strength of sanitation and anti-epidemic in campaign area. Methods The TOPSIS and RSR method were introduced to research the support strength of sanitation and anti-epidemic comparatively. Results The results were very satisfactory and the differences of different level Sanitation and Anti - epidemic prevention institutions were found out. Conclusion The method can be used adequately to treat original data and the results were valuable in practice.
