摘要
新型农村合作医疗床日付费标准的制定是按床日付费制度实施的关键。文章在禄丰县新型农村合作医疗实施按床日付费制度以来取得的效果和存在问题的基础上,提出合理制定不同医疗机构与不同疾病类型的每床日付费标准的方法,并提出几点注意事项,为其他地区开展新型农村合作医疗按床日付费制度提供借鉴。
To establish a suitable payment standard is the key points for the per-diem payment of hospitalization in new rural cooperative medical scheme.Based on the effect and questions since Lufeng County implemented the per-diem payment,the suitable process of standard making for per hospitalization bed days for different disease category at different level hospitals is put forward,and some notes are given as well in order to provide references for other counties.
