阿托伐他汀治疗不稳定型心绞痛52例 被引量：5

摘要 目的观察阿托伐他汀治疗不稳定型心绞痛的疗效。方法将医院心内科2008年1月至2012年1月确诊的不稳定型心绞痛患者104例随机分为对照组和治疗组,各52例。两组患者均予吸氧、卧床休息、严密监护。对照组予硝酸盐、低分子肝素、β受体阻滞剂以及钙通道拮抗剂等常规治疗;治疗组在对照组基础上予阿托伐他汀8～10 mg/d,每日睡前1次,疗程8周,根据病情变化调整剂量。比较两组患者心绞痛发作频率和持续时间治疗前后的变化情况。结果治疗组总有效率明显高于对照组,治疗后心绞痛发作频率和持续时间改善均优于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论阿托伐他汀治疗不稳定型心绞痛疗效确切,安全性好,值得临床推广。
