摘要
目的探讨注射用胸腺肽不良反应的规律,为避免严重不良反应和合理用药提供依据。方法对1998～2008年报道胸腺肽不良反应的文献进行分析。结果注射用胸腺肽可导致多系统不良反应,最严重为过敏性休克,抢救不及时可造成死亡。结论应严格控制适应症,用药前询问过敏史,皮试,严密监护。
Objective To investigate the law of adverse reaction. Methods The documents about 2008 were analyzed. Results Injectable thymosin adverse reaction of injectable thymosin and so as to avoid the serious adverse reaction of injectable thymosin reported between 1998 and could lead to multi-system adverse reaction including serious allergic shock, which may cause death under delayed remedy. Conclusion The scope of application should be strictly controlled, ask the allergic history of the patients and do a skin test before drug administration, and ward the patient tightly after administration.
