纸盆结构在压电式合成射流驱动器上的应用 被引量:1

摘要 将扬声器纸盆结构引入到压电式合成射流驱动器中,并制作了试件。使用热线风速仪测量了驱动器出口附近的时均速度、最大速度及沿中心线的射流分布。将实验结果与传统压电式合成射流驱动器的性能相比较,比较结果显示,驱动器在频响各区域射流特征不同,频率越高,正向射流越强烈;无论是从时均速度频响曲线还是从最大速度频响曲线上看,采用了纸盆结构的驱动器的驱动性能都有明显的提升;同时射流下游影响范围也有明显增大。总体来看,将纸盆结构引入到驱动器的设计中取得了较好的效果。 Cone structure was introduced into the design of piezoelectric synthetic jet actuator. The specimen was made. And the velocities of outflows were detected by hotwire anemometer. The fre- quency response of time--average velocities and the frequency response of maximum velocity during one period were obtained. The results were compared to normal actuators' performances. It shows that:the jet velocity increases with the frequency of the actuator; the performance of the actuator with the cone structure is evidently enhanced;the region that the actuator effected on is obviously enlarged. Over all, the application of the cone structure is successful to the actuator.
