压电合成射流驱动器孔型结构数值仿真研究

Numerical Simulation on the Constructions and Properties of Piezoelectric Synthetic Jet Actuators with Varieties of Orifices

摘要 研究了压电合成射流驱动器(PSJA)的4种不同孔型结构与出口射流性能的关系。基于雷诺平均法数值仿真了不同孔型的PSJA流场分布特性,分析比较了其出口射流速度分布情况。通过比较发现,锥形出口驱动器的射流最集中,横向扩散最少,纵向速度最大,是一种较理想的出口形式;而圆弧形出口驱动器由于横向扩散严重,纵向传输能力最弱,基本无法实现连续的射流。对于直口和阶梯形出口的PSJA,其出口射流沿中心线的分布规律及速度大小都基本重合。 The performances and constructions of four PSJA with different orifices are presented.Based on RANS,the flow field distributions of the four kinds of PSJA are discussed.Data of PSJA with different orifice constructions are compared.Cone orifice has the best effect of the four kinds of constructions for its outflow concentrated strongly with less diffusion.On the opposite,the round orifice with great diffusion can't form continuous flow.As for the PSJA with straight and the cone-straight orifices have the same velocity distribution shape of the jet.
