压电式共振腔均匀液滴发生器的设计与研制 被引量:5

The Design and Production of Electrostrictive A VesonantCavity Generator for Producing Uniform Liquid Drop

摘要 本文设计建立了一台共振胶结构的均匀液滴发生器,发生器的共振频率约11KHz,射流小孔直径可在90微米到150微米范围内调整,产生的均匀液简直径可从100微米调整至200微米。 A resonant cavity generator have been designed and made for producing liquid drop with uniform sige. The resonant frequency of the device is 11KHz. The diameter ofthe liquid jet can be changed from 90μm to 150 μm and the diamter of the liquid drop can bechanged from 100 μrn to 200 μm.
