摘要
本文从茶多酚系列产品在食品和医药工业的应用和市场前景出发 ,结合云南普洱茶的资源情况 ,介绍了茶多酚提取的新方法———超临界流体萃取法的原理、工艺流程、主要设备等。并对 150t/a茶多酚系列产品的生产装置进行了经济技术分析和环境影响评价。
This article introduced a new method to extract polyphenol from Puer tea.The principle,technological process,and the main equipment of supercritical fluid extraction technique were presented,and the economic analysis and environmental evaluation of 150t/a tea polyphenol production equipment were discussed.
