摘要 目的系统回顾罗红霉素的检测分析方案,探讨通过罗红霉素与l,2,5,8-四羟基蒽醌之间的的荷移光度反应测定罗红霉素的含量方法的有效性与可行性。方法使用分光光度测量设备对根据罗红霉素和醌茜素(l,2,5,8-四羟基蒽醌)的在乙醇介质中发生荷移反应后光度改变这一特征,对罗红霉素含量进行测定。结果光度分析法与微生物法两组测量结果产物光度分析法回收值99.8%对100.2%;微生物法回收值101.3%对99.9%。P>0.05,两种测量法结果无差异。结论利用光度分析法和传统微生物法在测量结果上相比不具有差异性,可见利用分光光度测量设备对根据罗红霉素和醌茜素(l,2,5,8-四羟基蒽醌)的在乙醇介质中发生荷移反应后光度改变这一特征的测量测量罗红霉素的方法是真实有效地。 Objective Analyzing the roxithromycin detection scheme to observe the charge transfer spectrophotometric reactions between roxithromycin and 1,2,5,8-four anthraquinones,for determining the feasibility and effectiveness of the roxithromycin content method.Methods Making use of the characteridtics of spectrophotometric measurement equipment according to roxithromycin and skyrin(L,2,5,8-four hydroxyanthraquinone) occurring photometric changes after charge transfer reaction,to determine the content of roxithromycin.Results Product recovery of measurement result product photometric methods of the photometric analysis group and the microbiological method group was 99.8% and 100.2%.Recycling values of microbiological method was 101.3% to 99.9%,P0.05,two kinds of measurement results didn't have difference.Conclusions Measurement result of applying photometric analysis and traditional microbiological method had no difference.So applying this feature of using spectrophotometer measurement equipment according to roxithromycin and skyrin(1,2,5,8-four hydroxyanthraquinone) occurring photometric changes after charge transfer reaction,to determine the content of roxithromycin is effective.
