摘要
目的 通过醋酸洗必泰与与醌茜素的显色反应来测定洗必泰栓中醋酸洗必泰的含量。方法 用 72 1型分光光度计 ,利用分光光度法测定洗必泰的药物含量。结果 在乙醇 丙酮介质中醋酸洗必泰与醌茜素发生显色反应 ,反应产物的λmax=5 72nm ,表观摩尔吸光系数为 1 74× 10 4 L/mol/cm ,相对标准偏差为 1 0 3% (n =6 ) ,药物浓度在 5~ 40mg/ml范围内呈线性关系。结论 本方法操作简便 ,条件易于控制 ,灵敏度高 。
Objective To determine the chlorhexidine content through reaction between chlorhexidine and alzarin Bordeaux. Methods Spectropholometry method with 721 type was adopted. Results The reaction between chlorhexidine and alzarin Bordeaux took place in ethanol-acetone.The apparent molar obsorptivity was 1.74×10 4L/mol/cm at 572nm.The Beer's law conformed to in the rang of 5~40mg/L of chlorhexidine. Conclusion The method is simple with easily-controlled reaction conditions and high sensitivity.
