摘要
骨髓及脾细胞体外培养中加不同浓度人参蜂王浆后培养8~12天,计数基质祖细胞集落(CFU-F)数。发现实验组形成的CFU-F小型集落明显高于对照组。培养1Gy照射的骨髓细胞,加入3.10^(-1)~3.10^(-3)g/ml人参蜂王浆后,细胞呈融合生长,认为人参蜂王浆对骨髓和脾细胞体外培养形成的小型CFU-F有成集落刺激作用,而对大型集落则相反。
We cultured bone marrow cells (BMC) and spleen cells (SC) in media containing different concentrations of GRJ. The number of CFU-F was observed after culturation for 9 to 12 days. The number of CFU-F in the GRJ group was more than that in the control. When BMC were cultured in vitro after 1 Gy irradiation, we found that cells in the experimental group became fused into a single layer. We considered that GRJ could stimulate the formation of small colonies of CFU-F in BMC and SC, but exerted an opposite action on the formation of large colonies of CFU-F.
