摘要
用体外液体单层培养技术研究了小鼠胸腺、脾脏和淋巴结成克隆性基质祖细胞(CFU-F)的辐射敏感性:胸腺CFU-F的D0值为2.3Gy,n值为1.5,脾脏为2.8Gy和1.2,雨淋巴结的则为2.7Gy及1.4。脾致密型CFU-F亚群的D0值为2.1Gy,n=1.5;而松散型CFU-F亚群的D0=4.4Gy,n=1.2。这为大剂量辐射损伤混输基质细胞以提高受体免疫造血功能,提供了实验依据。
By using the technics of culture of immuno-stromal progenitors in vitro,we studied their radiosensitivities after irradiation in various doses.The values of D,and n of thymus,spleen and lymph node were 2.3 Gy and 1.5,2.8 Gy and 1.2,2.7 Gy and 1.4 respectively.The radiosensitivity of the CFU-F subgroups which formed dense colonies was significantly higher than that of loose colonies,when cultured in vitro.
