摘要
目的探讨半夏泻心汤联合腹针治疗胃食管反流病的临床疗效。方法将100例胃食管返流病患者随机分为观察组和对照组,各50例。观察组采用半夏泻心汤联合腹针治疗,对照组采用常规西药治疗,比较两组的治疗效果。结果观察组的总有效率为92.0%,高于对照组的76.0%,两组差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。并且观察组对于烧心、胸痛和反酸等症状的改善率均高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论半夏泻心汤联合腹针疗法是治疗胃食管反流病的一种有效、理想的方法。
Objective To evaluate the therapeutic effect of Banxia xiexin decoction with abdominal acupuncture in treating gastroesophageal reflux disease. Methods 100 patients with gastroesophageal reflux disease were divided randomly into two groups： 50 patients in the observation group using the Banxia xiexin decoction with abdominal acupuncture and 50 patients in the control group using the conventional western medicine treatment. The therapeutic effect of two groups were analyzed. Results The total efficiency of the observation group was 92.0%, and the control group was 76.0%. The therapeutic effect of the observation group was better than the control group, and the difference between the two groups had statistical significance （P〈0.05）. And for heartburn, chest pain and acid reflux symptoms, improvement in the observation group were higher than that of control group （P〈0.05）. Conclusion The Banxia xiexin decoction with abdominal acupuncture is an effect and ideal treatment on gastroesophageal reflux disease.
