摘要
制备大鼠慢性萎缩性胃炎模型 ,通过胃液游离酸、总酸度、胃蛋白酶活性等实验指标 ,对半夏泻心汤进行拆方研究 ,观察其对大鼠慢性萎缩性胃炎的治疗作用。实验结果表明 ,半夏泻心汤及其拆方各组均有不同程度的调节胃分泌的作用。拆方各组中 ,部分药组之间有相互协同的作用趋势 ,而部分药组之间呈制约趋势。综合评价其总体效果 ,以全方组最佳 ,从而印证了仲景组方的合理性和科学性。同时发现 ,拆方各组中 ,甘补组的疗效颇为显著 ,提示扶正药物在本方中的作用不容忽视。
Establishing the rat model with chronic atrophic gastritis, do the research through the experimental indice as free acid in gastric juice, total acidity, pepsin activity, etc. Observe the decoction's effect on the rat model. Results showed that the decoction and each decomposed group all had the effect of adjusting gastric secretion to different degrees. In decomposed groups, some groups showed tendency in coordination while others showed restriction. The decoction group was the best through comprehensive evaluation on the overall effect, which proved the classic prescriptions rationality. At the same time, among decomposed groups, the group of tonifying with the sweet had markedly effect, which indicated the medicines with effect of reinforcing the body's vital energy are important in this decoction.
