清热和胃法治疗非糜烂性反流病25例 被引量：4

摘要 目的:探讨清热利湿与和胃降逆类中药配伍治疗非糜烂性反流病(NERD)的临床效果。方法:治疗组25例采用黄连温胆汤(黄连、茯苓、法夏、竹茹、枳实、甘草、陈皮)加减治疗,对照组25例以西药高舒达及吗丁啉治疗。结果:中药总有效率明显优于西药对照组(P<0.05)。反流性疾病问卷(RDQ)症状综合积分的改善亦优于对照组(P<0.0)。提示:本方具有健脾运湿,清热和胃降逆、消痞除满的功效。
